What the workbooks send

Nothing. The workbooks have no internet connection and no activation. We do not receive your estimates, your rates, your risk registers or your customers' details. They stay in your files.

What we collect

When you buy, our checkout provider collects your payment details and sends us the order, including your name, email address and what you bought. We do not see or store your card number. We keep the order so we can send your download links, issue a tax invoice and give you support.

When you email us, we keep the email so we can reply. When you visit this website or download a file, our web host records standard technical details such as your IP address, as most hosts do.

This website

This website does not use cookies or analytics.

Why we collect it

To deliver the workbooks you bought, to send you tax invoices and support, and to keep a record as the law requires.

Who sees it

Our checkout provider, our email provider and our web host handle some of this information for us. We do not sell it.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have the workbooks and for the period the law requires after that.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct what we hold about you, or to have it deleted where the law allows. Email [email protected].
